Unfortunately, due to the volume of mail we receive, we can't
always answer all questions and requests. Because of this, we have tried to answer frequently asked questions (FAQs) on
this page below.

Are the web links at the bottom of the movies visible on the
DVD & CD versions? I am in a hurry. Do you offer express delivery of
your products? I was not redirected to my screensaver download.
What should I do?
Can I place my order over the phone?
No. The movies on the DVDs & CD-ROMs are full screen versions without type
at the bottom. The versions are higher resolution images designed to fill
the width of a standard size television screen. I am in a hurry. Do you offer express delivery of your products? Yes. For domestic orders, we have several express & overnight
options available. Priority rates start at $4.25. Overnight
rates start at $15.50. You will be presented with your shipping
options on the second page of the the shopping cart feature during the
checkout process. Please note that in most circumstances, Saturday
Overnight Delivery is NOT available. How quickly will my order ship? In most circumstances, domestic orders ship within 24 hours of the time
the order was placed. International orders ship within 48 hours.
Exceptions to this rule would be during weekends and holidays, or in the
rare instance that we are experiencing a technical difficulty that would
delay shipment. Overnight shipments placed before 4:00 pm are
shipped the same business day. Back to top Yes, we do ship internationally to most countries. Due to a high
rate of fraud in certain countries, there are a select few that we cannot
accept orders from. If you live overseas, you can still place your
order online. Your credit card company will automatically convert
the currency to your local exchange, and paypal will do the same. As
an international buyer, please be aware that your country may charge a
duty fee on incoming international goods that will be your responsibility
to pay at the time you receive your package. We have no way of
knowing whether or not you will be subject to additional fees and we are

do? Most downloads occur without any problems. Occassionally someone
may experience a system time-out or they may close their download screen
prematurely. All download purchasers receive an email with a link to
the download they purchased. Please check your email for this
information before contacting us. If you do not receive the email
